Check-in is scheduled between 16:00 and 20:00. It is essential to communicate your estimated time of arrival in advance in order to ensure a smooth reception of guests. Once guests are in the vicinity of the flat, simply contact the owner, who will provide detailed directions on how to get there. Upon arrival, the owner will hand over the keys to the flat, allowing guests to settle in easily. During check-in, it is expected that identification documents and the final balance of the amount due for the stay will be requested. This procedure ensures an organised and smooth management of the guests’ stay.
As far as check-out is concerned, it is scheduled for 10 a.m. Again, communication with the establishment at the time of departure is necessary to facilitate this procedure.
With regard to the accepted methods of payment, it is preferable to make the payment by bank transfer. However, an exception is made for certain small charges, such as the tourist tax, which must be paid in cash upon arrival at the establishment.
